If we haven’t met yet — hello! I’m so glad you’re here.

Clients often describe me as approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to — and that’s something I take real pride in. I believe that feeling comfortable and understood is one of the most important parts of any therapeutic relationship. Whether you’re coming to me for help with anxiety, confidence, or life’s daily stresses, my aim is always to create a calm, supportive space where you feel truly heard.

Why Hypnotherapy?

I’ve always been passionate about people — how we think, feel, and grow. That’s what led me to “talking therapy” in the first place. There’s something incredibly powerful about sitting down with someone and creating meaningful change through conversation and connection.

After experiencing the benefits of hypnotherapy personally, I knew it was something I wanted to explore more deeply — not just as a technique, but as a way of empowering others.

I trained with the Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Training Academy (SFTA) at Leeds Trinity University, where I gained practical, evidence-based skills to support people in moving forward — not by digging up the past, but by building on strengths and focusing on the future.

A Bit About Me…

Outside of the therapy room, I live a busy (and very real!) life filled with family, friends, and fresh air. I love swimming, staying fit, and heading out into nature for a good walk. You’ll often find me spending quality time with loved ones or enjoying a good party — because I believe life is to be lived and enjoyed whenever we can.

I’m also endlessly fascinated by people — the stories we carry, the changes we can make, and the resilience we often don’t give ourselves enough credit for.

Professional Credentials You Can Trust

I'm fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and am a proud member of both the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). That means you can feel confident knowing you’re in safe, qualified hands.

Let’s Talk

If you’re considering hypnotherapy — whether it’s your first time or you’re just curious — I’d love to hear from you. You're welcome just as you are, and together, we can begin to explore gentle, powerful ways to help you move forward.

Thanks for stopping by — and I hope to meet you soon.

Warm wishes,

Jane
